Conference Rates


Conferences and Training courses differ, and you don't want to pay for a service that you don't need, so a range of
tariffs is available. In order to get the best deal for your company, call Angela Woodhead on 015395 33666.

To help you out and give you an indication of the level of service that you may expect for the price you pay,
the following are typical rates for a mid season Training Course or Conference.


Day Delegate Rate

What you get:

- Hire of Meeting Room
- Your Conference Co-ordinator
- 2 Syndicate Rooms
- Coffee and Tea on Arrival
- Mid morning coffee with home made biscuits
- Three course hot and cold buffet lunch with coffee
- Afternoon Tea with home made cakes
- Flipcharts, pens, Television and video
- LCD projector and screen (on request)
- Mineral water, cordials, sweets and pens
- Additional stationary box

For all this you would pay just £45 per person inclusive of VAT (£38.30 exclusive of VAT)

   

24 hour delegate rate

What you get:

Everything included with the day delegate rate package on the left, plus:-

- Four Course Table D'hote dinner with coffee & chocolates
- Full use of our leisure facilities
- Overnight accommodation with private facilities
- Full English buffet breakfast

For all this you would pay just £149 per person inclusive of VAT (£126.81 exclusive of VAT)

All conference rates are quoted inclusive of VAT,
however, a full VAT invoice is issued for each booking.
